ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

Client: Any user who subscribes to a Joombo service and/or purchases a physical product (e.g., QR code totem).

Subscription: The Client’s access to Joombo’s SaaS platform under a monthly or yearly plan.

Physical Products: QR code totems optionally available for purchase.

User Data: Information provided by the Client is used exclusively for service functionality. Joombo does not use, sell, or share Client data, except when creating and distributing a success story, which requires the Client’s explicit consent to use their data for this purpose.
ARTICLE 2 – OBJECT AND SCOPE
2.1 These CGV define the conditions under which Clients access Joombo’s SaaS platform and/or purchase physical products.
2.2 Joombo may update these CGV at any time. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance.
ARTICLE 3 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT
3.1 Subscription Plans: Joombo offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscription fees are displayed on the website.
3.2 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless the Client provides a minimum 5-day notice before the renewal date.
3.3 No Reimbursement for Yearly Plans: Yearly plans are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased.
3.4 Physical Product Purchases: Prices for QR code totems are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes.
ARTICLE 4 – SERVICE ACCESS & USAGE
4.1 The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Joombo’s SaaS platform.
4.2 The Client must not:

Share login credentials.

Reverse-engineer, sublicense, or resell Joombo’s services.

Use Joombo’s services for unlawful purposes.
4.3 Joombo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
5.1 QR code totems are shipped within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout.
5.2 If a totem is out of stock, Joombo will inform the Client and offer either a refund or delayed delivery.
ARTICLE 6 – DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
6.1 Joombo does not sell, share, or use Client data for any purpose other than service functionality.
6.2 Data is securely stored in compliance with GDPR regulations.
6.3 Clients may request account deletion at any time.
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
7.1 Joombo strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7.2 Joombo is not responsible for service unavailability due to force majeure (e.g., cyberattacks, server failures).
7.3 Joombo’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the last subscription cycle.
ARTICLE 8 – TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
8.1 The Client may cancel their subscription with a minimum 5-day notice before renewal to avoid charges.
8.2 Joombo may suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations.
ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 These CGV are governed by French law.
9.2 In case of disputes, Clients must first contact Joombo’s support. If unresolved, the dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Paris.
By subscribing to Joombo’s services or purchasing physical products, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these GTC.
